what is that we often hold in
but a spark of light waiting
why do we wait and not write
when our heart is anticipating



our spirit speaks up to be let out
like a time capsule floated to shore
the waves of time crash over and over
thrashing upon the tightly closed door



hushes become whispers, silence to chuckles
small burst of giggles into mighty laughter
and all because pen with paper, and a few words
now's the time, let those words be your verse
