I value everyone's privacy and I treat others with the same respect that I expect in return. I am also concerned with the welfare of children. Cynthia's Escape is not directed toward children, nor is it my purpose to collect information from children for any reason. My content is family-friendly and my site is ICRA labeled. My site is listed with family oriented web site competitions and it is possible that a younger member will visit. Anyone 13 or over is welcome to sign my guestbooks or leave a message on the tag board. Please keep in mind that anything you post at Cynthia's Escape will be viewed by the public. I recommend not sharing your personal information such as your private email. I can not control what others will do with your information. It is against the law for me to accept any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. My site contains guest books, contact forms, and a C-Box (message board). These mediums are moderated frequently and inappropriate messages and links are removed. To contact me by email or to use my contact form it is much more appropriate for the sender to be 18 or over. There is no reason for anyone to be contacting me by email that is under 18 years of age since I will not exchange any information with those under 18 years of age.

I use your information to answer your request, and with your permission I send a weekly note about Cynthia's Escape. The Guest Books and C-Box are visible by everyone that visits Cynthia's Escape. Anything that you post on these mediums will be viewed by the public and I have no control how your information is used by others.
