I value everyone's privacy and I treat others with the same respect that I expect in return. I am also concerned with the welfare of children. Cynthia's Escape is not purposely directed toward children, nor is it my purpose to collect information from children for any reason. However, my content is family-friendly and my site is ICRA labeled.

This site may be listed with family oriented web site competitions. Anyone 13 or over is welcome to sign my guestbooks or leave a message on the tag board. Please keep in mind that anything you post at Cynthia's Escape will be viewed by the public. I recommend not sharing your personal information, including your private email. I can not control what others will do with your information.

Who do I collect information from? Anyone contacting me privately must be 18 years of age or older. Any submissions received by email that indicate the sender is younger than 18 will be deleted immediately.
What information do I collect? * Guest Books, C-Box (message board)
You may be asked for your age, name, email, site name, and site URL. These are viewable by the public. What ever information you add, will be seen by anyone that visits this site. You are never obligated to sign and you do not have to post your email.

How do I use the information collected? When you contact me privately, your email is not shared, sold, traded to any third parties or posted on site. I use your information to answer your request, and I may send a weekly note about Cynthia's Escape, that you can opt out of. The Guest Books and C-Box are visible by everyone that visits Cynthia's Escape. Anything that you post on these mediums will be viewed by the public and I have no control how your information is used by others.
